Join our virtual Office Hours on Dec 16 at 1PM EST!   

Office Hours is a virtual office meeting where you can chat with our experts and ask questions about our technical certificate programs.  Whether you’re an existing student or someone who’s interested in learning more about us, just drop in any time between 1 and 1:30 PM. 

To kick things off, this month’s starter topic is our Student Support System. 

We’ll dive into:  

• Helpful tips about using our online student forums  

• Quick review of our supplemental student resources  

• Top benefits of joining our Facebook page and group

We’ll start the conversation on these topics, then jump into your questions, which might be about this or about any other related program topic.  

It’s easy to join our virtual office hours: 

1. We'll open the session a few minutes early so you'll be able to join the session in advance to get comfortable 
2. Click this link to connect to the Office Hours 
3. Type in your full name to identify yourself and click "Join Session" 
4. Click the purple button on the right to access the chat feature and chat with the moderator 

If you’re thinking of dropping by with specific questions that you already have you can fill out our form prior and pre-submit them to the session so we can make sure we cover them.
